Set within a dense urban fabric, the project develops a layered building envelope that balances privacy, daylight, and visual continuity with the street. Perforated metal screens wrap key façades and corners, filtering sunlight while establishing a distinct architectural identity within the surrounding context.

Entrances are integrated into the envelope rather than expressed as isolated gestures—reinforcing the building’s massing and ensuring a clear yet restrained moment of arrival. The architecture operates through depth, shadow, and repetition, responding to density through precision rather than excess.
