Two residential blocks are positioned along the crest of the site, opening toward uninterrupted valley views and long sun exposure. The buildings are conceived as a calm architectural counterpoint to the landscape—precise in form, restrained in materiality, and responsive to climate.
A layered façade system defines the visual character of the project. Perforated screens modulate sunlight, reduce glare, and provide privacy while allowing the interiors to remain luminous and breathable throughout the day. Their geometric patterns, together with the vertical lines carved into the envelope, establish a dialogue with the adjacent Najd Madi HQ—extending its language rather than competing with it.
Entrances are articulated as clear moments of arrival, integrated into the façade composition rather than applied as decoration. The result is an architecture shaped by light, orientation, and continuity across the wider site.
